I love how much extra insight to applicants you get with Expr3ss! There is nothing else like it out in the market.

I’ve been doing HR for 20 years and I’ve often said to myself there has to be a better way of looking at applicants and assessing their performance in role in advance.

Recruitment has been too fraught with focusing on CVs that can’t be relied upon and then having to sit through interviews you just don’t have time for, knowing within the first 5 minutes the person is wrong for the role or business.
