On National Tree Day (1st August 2021), Expr3ss! marked its 15th anniversary by donating 1,500 trees through a partnership with One Tree Planted. We plan to plant another 2,500 trees to celebrate our 20th anniversary.
This initiative reflects our commitment to environmental sustainability and acknowledges the support of our users and partners.

We’ve planted over 25,931 trees to date. That’s not a typo, it’s an actual mini-ecosystem. These leafy legends are part of our long-term commitment to doing good things … with hiring and with the Earth.
Turns out predictive hiring tech and environmental restoration pair quite nicely.
It all started with a simple donation to One Tree Planted in the name of each employee for their work anniversary.
Since then, planting trees has become one of the ways we recognise the people who make Expr3ss! special. Today, we plant tree saplings to celebrate our employees’ birthdays and work anniversaries, every 7 Day Club recipient, customers who refer others to Expr3ss!, and, from time to time, to honour members of our extended business community.
I’ve always believed business should leave more behind than invoices and profits. I believe this is one of the best ways I could think of to give something back to Mother Nature, here in Australia and abroad. Every great forest starts with a single tree, and every positive action, no matter how small, has the potential to grow into something much bigger.
