Expr3ss! is a hiring platform used by employers to help understand candidate preferences, role alignment and suitability indicators during recruitment.
How your responses are assessed
When you complete an Expr3ss! assessment:
All applications are visible to the employer
Your responses are analysed using statistical models
These tools identify patterns and generate assessment insights
The results are shared with the employer who invited you to complete the assessment
How the results are used
Assessment results are decision-support tools only
They help employers structure interviews and comparisons
They do not automatically accept or reject candidates
Every applicant is always visible to the employer
Final hiring decisions are always made by people, not software
How your data is handled
Your data is used only for recruitment-related purposes
It is not sold or used for unrelated activities
Data may be processed and stored securely, including in approved overseas locations where permitted by law
De-identified and aggregated data may be used to improve the platform
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access your personal data
Request correction or deletion
Ask how automated assessments are used
Request human review where required by law
