What is Expr3ss!?

Expr3ss! is a hiring platform used by employers to help understand candidate preferences, role alignment and suitability indicators during recruitment.

How your responses are assessed

When you complete an Expr3ss! assessment:

  • All applications are visible to the employer

  • Your responses are analysed using statistical models

  • These tools identify patterns and generate assessment insights

  • The results are shared with the employer who invited you to complete the assessment

How the results are used

  • Assessment results are decision-support tools only

  • They help employers structure interviews and comparisons

  • They do not automatically accept or reject candidates

  • Every applicant is always visible to the employer

  • Final hiring decisions are always made by people, not software



How your data is handled

  • Your data is used only for recruitment-related purposes

  • It is not sold or used for unrelated activities

  • Data may be processed and stored securely, including in approved overseas locations where permitted by law

  • De-identified and aggregated data may be used to improve the platform

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Request correction or deletion

  • Ask how automated assessments are used

  • Request human review where required by law
