Expr3ss! regularly releases new features, included in our subscription, which always add practical value without adding complexity.
Recently we have begun to explore incorporating newer release Expr3ss! features such as Learning Benchmarks and Interview Q&A into our recruitment process. A tool like Learning Benchmarks will give us even deeper insights into how a candidate will fit within and enhance our existing team culture.
Interview Q&A will allow us to run more consistent, structured interviews on behalf of all of our members. I am confident that this feature will help raise the standard of every interview assessment we conduct, for both ProVision and our candidates and provide even more value for us within our Expr3ss! platform.
