I know who to focus on at a glance

I like having all the applicants in one spot, and a snapshot of one person all on one line.

I also love the stars which tell me which applicants I need to focus on, so I don't need to look at others who are not are not the right fit.

I love the ability use the highlights and colour code applicants.
