Adding HROnboard as an extension of Expr3ss! has been fantastic for our business. Overnight we have become so much more productive, as soon as a role has been fulfilled, the team member chosen gets put through to HROnboard and all of their details seamlessly are entered into our payroll system. It has removed double handling of confidential information, and we are able to efficiently track our new team members’ journey through our induction process.
Having our documents viewed electronically means that our new team members are getting the most up to date information, and it has saved us in printing costs. New team members have commented that they feel they have secured the job quicker with much faster processing of their role, and the text goes to them the same day letting them know to view and accept their offer online.

Expr3ss! is continuously improving their product and showing us better ways of doing things.
We are currently in the process of opening 32 stores in 12 weeks. This involves getting 130 new team members set up with us, almost half the number of team members we induct annually, in just 12 weeks.
Coincidently we started using HROnboard just 4 weeks prior to our expansion. Using HROnboard enabled us to ensure that all team members had their contracts signed, personal details in our system, and all of our Spendless policies signed off before starting with us. This is something that was deemed impossible prior to working with HROnboard. But overnight it became not only possible, but our new normal, ensuring all paperwork being signed off prior to any team member starting.
Our payroll team now have the team members set up in our system with their bank details in our pay system ready to go with 24 hours notice. We were able to absorb this huge influx with our existing team, with no additional payroll team members. Whilst we are very proud of our team for making this expansion happen with their existing capacity, full credit must also go to HROnboard for ensuring all of these inductees have been inducted professionally and seamlessly.
The integration between Expr3ss! and HROnboard has been absolutely seamless. The team at HROnboard worked closely with our HR and payroll teams to ensure that we had an exceptionally professional product ready for our future team members.
