One of our motivations for Expr3ss! was to reduce our staff turnover. When we bought the business our turnover was 30% to 40% per annum. This sounds horrendous, but the industry average is 40%.

We have run the numbers over the period since the 1st of January 2008 and our staff turnover was between 12% and 15% - clearly a remarkable achievement. A large part of this is through better selection via Expr3ss!.
