Without the Expr3ss! Checklist Classic Report we would definitely have appointed someone inappropriate to this role. As it was we were tempted to appoint her. She was the best of the applicants we had at that time. She interviewed very well and showed no signs of the behaviours predicted, behaviours that would be entirely unsuitable to this role.
