We experimented with SEEK Optimised Apply which was costly. We noticed that the volume of applicants was a little higher but the quality dropped. We got more inappropriate applicants, like backpackers. We got more people not turning up for interview. And it was hard having to manage applicants on the SEEK platform. We paid a lot for the experiment and often only got a couple of applicants for a job.
The observations we made mean we will continue doing everything in Expr3ss! because everything is seamless.
With Expr3ss! we get better quality people. It is just as much a screening out as it is an identifier of quality applicants. And we get quality applicants through all the other free sources that Expr3ss! facilitates. Handling of applicants is seamless too.
