There are so many pros! The main stand outs for our business are the candidate benchmarking and profiling tools! We love the added insight we get during the recruitment process.

The other standout for me, is the phenomenal service and support from the team. Whenever we reach out with a question or an issue, we receive an answer or resolution very quickly. The team really do go over and above wiht their support and it is second to none in comparison of other systems I have used.
