Now only 8% of Krispy Kreme's job applicants come from paid job advertising, meaning 92% of job applications come from free sources. Of those free sources, 30.4% come directly from the Krispy Kreme website and the remainder largely from the job aggregators.
In fact the direct savings we make in job ad costs alone more than pay for the whole of Expr3ss!, these results came as an unexpected additional benefit. All the other benefits we get are essentially entirely free.
