Spendless is also seeing positive results from adding video to its processes. We have definitely progressed people through applications to interview stage because something in their video has impressed us above and beyond their resume.
Applicants aren't compelled by Spendless Shoes to use video, but the company seldom receives negative feedback about it being included. You might not find passion in a resume, but as soon as they get on screen to tell you about the tips and tricks they've used in the past to sell things, then all of a sudden there's a light in their eyes... That's where it's been really beneficial for us.
