With nearly 90% of applicants, unfortunately not securing the role they applied for (there is after all generally only one 'winner') I am delighted that the average satisfaction rating given by my candidates, with regard to their application experience on our Expr3ss! platform, is 4.2 out of 5 stars.

It also allows me to communicate with every single candidate, throughout the process on a regular basis, which many comment on as highly unusual in terms of their experience of 'traditional' recruiters.
