Without the Expr3ss! Checklist Classic Report we would definitely have appointed someone inappropriate to this role. As it was we were tempted to appoint her. She was the best of the applicants we had at that time. She interviewed very well and showed no signs of the behaviours predicted, behaviours that would be entirely unsuitable to this role.Reluctantly we decided to continue our search.When advised she had not been preferred, she began behaving exactly as the Expr3ss! Checklist report had predicted. We witnessed all the adverse behaviours that would have made her so unsuitable for the role but which we had not seen any sign of during more than one interview.Fortunately our continued search has given us someone perfect in every respect.
